International Women’s Day

With International Women’s Day approaching on Friday the 8th March, we are celebrating successful women within the Bitu-mill Group.

Karyna Robb – Equipment Officer

“After working as a Receptionist/ Administrator with the company for over 5yrs, I developed an interest in machinery. Bitu-mill gave me the opportunity to grow with the company and offered me the role as Equipment Officer. I enjoy the challenges and diversity of the role. Bitu-mill has gone above and beyond to show their encouragement of a woman working in this position and environment, which I will be forever grateful for. “

Emily De Biase – Project Engineer

“One of the benefits of working at Bitu-Mill is the clear diversity in the company. My team includes a number of females in different roles with different backgrounds. Women have the chance to experience how amazing and exciting the civil construction industry can be.”
